Keep riding, fishing, making poppers, painting, and writing.

Oh...and the riding: remember that the hardest part of each ride is getting to the end of your driveway. If you can make it that far, you are all good.
MacLooshhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06041672038940526086noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8269768145046364863.post-62789597101571439192012-01-06T13:29:41.787-08:002012-01-06T13:29:41.787-08:00How time consuming and inconvenient!

It combines interchangeable bike racks and cargo racks on a convenient Swingaway frame. In addition to carrying up to 4 bikes, it incorporates a rugged steel cargo rack that's big enough to carry your helmets, an ice chest, and other bulky gear you need for your trip. And it pivots up to 180º for access to the rear of your vehicle. I know, it sounds weenie, but it really really matters!Sinjin Eberlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09028739607555127443noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8269768145046364863.post-11558663852133632242011-10-06T07:43:18.560-07:002011-10-06T07:43:18.560-07:00My first month I was just focused on getting my di...My first month I was just focused on getting my diet headed in the right direction. Every week that I had it squared away I lost at least 1-2lbs. Every week I screwed up on it I gained. Get that 100% squared away and you'll still drop, albeit at a slower rate.

Hope your back feels better soon.Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01719411975903937087noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8269768145046364863.post-15137315713567391562011-10-04T15:01:45.726-07:002011-10-04T15:01:45.726-07:00Thanks for the comment Jeff! I never had a flat tire while riding until once when left my my seat pack at home. It's good insurance.

I also used my Cateye halogen headlamp and a blinking LED light for the rear so that I was visible to motorists.

Keep having fun!Jeff Madrehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01390671751026206863noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8269768145046364863.post-31654254149390262882011-09-29T13:05:48.841-07:002011-09-29T13:05:48.841-07:00Maybe so Mark! I'm sure it's like every other sport in that you have really friendly people, some generally nice folks, some that aren't as social( that would probably be where I fit in) and some that are real jerks. I'll keep my eye out on those really friendly folks - they're the ones you gotta watch out for! :) LOL

Thanks for the comment!Owl Joneshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02815211510692590808noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8269768145046364863.post-30915720978677520262011-09-27T07:00:02.110-07:002011-09-27T07:00:02.110-07:00Hey Owl,

I hope you enjoy it and find a few people you like cruising around with on the paths.

Not everyone has to be a spandex junkie...but those who do that are mostly nice people too...mostly.Sinjin Eberlehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09028739607555127443noreply@blogger.com
